Admin have taken the decision to close down the forum. This is due to the site receiving such low levels of traffic over the past year that the costs for hosting the site far outweigh current usage. Last day of service will be 31 August 2019.

SIH belongs to Interair and is currently out of service and will probably never fly again....

Which ones are still around?

Saw SIH at Polokwane Feb 2015, guess still there

IJA active at JNB 2015 same time there was one at Denel? ZS-SIM?

ZS-SIM was in Polokwane and has been chopped up, that's the one you saw. ZS-SIH is parked at Lessin over by Denel and will probably never fly again. ZS-IJB left last week to El Paso, TX for storage/sale/leasing, the only one left is ZS-IJA who is now undergoing two engine changes and will hopefully back in the air in the next week or so. I'll have to do the test flight on her once she's ready (just a 5 minute single engine climb on Max Continuous Thrust).

Ndola route has been suspended, IJA is to start a new route to Swaziland soon....

We were actually planing doing the Ndola flight early October to get a bit of classic 737 action before they are all gone.

Please let me know when anything concrete on the new flights.
